Aaron is a fantastic realtor! I had originally interviewed several realtors but knew immediately that Aaron was the right one for me. He seemed to clearly understand my needs and interests as a seller and that was evident throughout the entire sales process. He thoroughly researched the market to determine the sales strategy and listing price and presented that in a professional manner. He was patient and responsive during the entire process, and importantly for me, I never felt any pressure to dramatically change pricing to move the property quickly or to accept a lower offer. And in the end that strategy proved successful as we accepted an offer above list! Aaron is extremely knowledgeable about all facets of the real estate business and provided helpful insights and expectations throughout the process. I have nothing but good things to say about Aaron. Not only would I not hesitate to refer him to family and friends, I will use him for the sale of another property that will be coming up for sale soon!!
